Rules

• Smoking in the apartment is forbidden and prohibited (€200)!
• Apartment is contactless; to enter it you need to fill out the check in form
• On-line check-in form is a google based form. If you are not familiar to share your data through google, please cancel your reservation.
• Arrival is from 5 pm, departure until 10 am. Other options is necessary to be agreed and it is managed flexibly.
• When you leave please, hang the key-tag on the hook on the door
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the agreed departure time fee is not refunded.
• When you leave the apartment please leave the remote control of the TV and air conditioner at a visible place and close the windows.
• The apartment can only be used by persons the reservation was done for. Portable infant's crib can be provided in case of prior notification.
• The owner is entitled to check (without prior notice) that only previously registered guests stay at the accommodation. The guest's privacy is respected during inspection and cleaning.
• Guests can have visitors in the daytime (8 and 21 pm) agreed with the owner before.
• Pets are forbidden in the apartment.
• If the key-tag is lost guest have to inform the owner and pay the cost of the key-tag (€10)
• The owner is not responsible for any damage or accidents caused of not proper use of the equipments in the apartment
• Guests are responsible for damage of not proper use of equipment and have to pay for the repairing cost for the owner directly.
• Should any problem arises during your stay in the apartment, please inform the owner.
• Owner of the apartment is not responsible for your valuables.
• Guest should consider the rules of the house, especially regarding to the silence order.
• If guests stay in the apartment more than 30 days need to agree with the owner.
